 Jack Brown
| President and founder of B&B Collections and
partner in Moyer/Brown, is the developer of a comprehensive Emergency Medicine
professional billing system, the PBS3000. With the formation of B&B
Collections in 1990, Jack linked a flexible, cohesive "collections module" to
the PBS3000, thereby improving overall reimbursement recovery. In 2001, Jack
joined forces with Vern Moyer in forming Moyer/Brown, so as to offer their
billing expertise to a wider array of clients.

Vern Moyer
| A principal in Moyer/Brown, brings to
the partnership significant experience in designing, programming, implementing,
and maintaining billing systems, as well as other medical information
management expertise. In collaboration with Jack Brown, Vern works to
understand each client's special issues and develops technically well-crafted
solutions. Vern also has considerable know-how and experience in developing and
producing the vital clinical management reports which are utilized to analyze
and improve each EM practice. |
